Owen Rival (b. 1999, Toronto). He received a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI (2021). Rival is represented by Monti8 Gallery in Latina, Italy where, Chronic Maintenance, his first solo exhibition, opened in April 2023. His second solo exhibition, Longview, opened at Harkawik gallery in New York, NY in May 2023. Rival’s work has been acquired by The Nixon Collection and the private collection of Beth DeWoody and has been featured in It’s Nice That, Art Viewer, Overstandard, Juliette Art Magazine, and Art Verge.
