HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN THE PUNK SCENE, WHAT YEAR? It was 1978 or ’79 and I was a young punk hanging out at the Plaza with DOA and the rest of them Randy Rampage, Simon Snotface, Slutty. Later I became a musician/ vocals in a band SALUTER SQUAD. I am also an artist I make sculpture like my series the Dolls From The Dark side and lots of other shit. I made these jackets 30 years ago. I’m still sewing making these jackets. BEST PUNK MEMORY? There are so many of them It’s a blur, everything about Punk is a good memory. HAS PUNK CHANGED MUCH SINCE THE 80'S? , IF SO HOW? It’s morphed into metal punk. It’s much heavier and you can’t understand the lyrics. If there are trying to make a social statement than you can’t hear it. It's heavier than Punk. IS PUNK HERE TO STAY? It’s here but it's different. What’s left of it.
