Fabiana Salomão’s journey as a "self-taught explorer" began with an early passion for drawing and experimenting with different mediums.
She pursued her passion by attending the Universidade Belas Artes in São Paulo to earn an art degree and later obtained her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Literature from Estácio University. Since graduating in 1994, Salomão has worked for three decades in the publishing industry as an illustrator and creative art director.

Salomão's work is deeply influenced by Modernism, particularly its focus on simplicity and functionality. She values "the idea of creating pieces that are effective, minimalist, and in harmony with their surroundings." Influenced by Bauhaus and Neo-Concretism, Salomão's practice emphasizes form. By drawing from these diverse influences, she contributes to the ongoing dialogue in art, design, and architecture, rooted in a contemporary framework.
