  • Ineke Zigrossi

    Founder / Director

    Ineke Zigrossi is the founder and director of Abbozzo Gallery, opening the doors in Oakville in 1993, growing the business for two decades before moving to our location here at 401 Richmond in Toronto, all the while raising quadruplets.

     

     

     

     

  • Blake Zigrossi

    Gallery Manager

    Blake has grown up in the Abbozzo Gallery environment and officially joined the team as a Gallery Assistant in 2017. Blake graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Specialitzation in English Literature and Cultural Studies. 

     

    Blake is responsible for day-to-day managerial duties as well as curating, installation (both at the gallery and in-home) event coordination, and shipping and logistics.

     

    He is currently working from abroad while completing his Master's Degree in Arts and Cultural Management at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

  • Quincy Shaw

    Media Manager

    Quincy is a student at the University of Toronto, she is completing the final year of her Undergraduate Studies in Art History and Women and Gender Studies. Quincy has been part of Abbozzo Gallery since 2021, assisting in administration, communications as well as marketing.

  • Hannah Scott

    Assistant Curator
     Hannah is a graduate from the Toronto Metropolitan University in Arts and Contemporary Studies. She is currently completing her masters degree at OCAD University in Contemporary Art, Design and New Media Art Histories. She began working at Abbozzo as an intern and is now a part-time assistant curator as well as assistant social media content coordinator helping to bring fresh ideas inspired by her studies into the gallery space. She helps curate new exhibitions and works to ensure that the artist’s creative processes and inspirations are reflected online and within the gallery.
